House Policies/Rules
We’ve found that clear and precise expectations work best for all of us. Please read below before applying, and let us know if you have any questions.
PET POLICIES
We are happy to welcome pets and ask that guests follow these guidelines:
-
Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. If your pet will be on any furniture or bedding, it must be on a pet-friendly waterproof blanket. The house does have a shared pet blanket available, but guests with territorial pets should bring their own.
-
Guests are responsible for picking up after their dog immediately. Please do not leave pet waste in the yard. Any waste left behind may result in an additional charge for a professional cleanup service.
A $250 pet cleaning fee applies to every rental with a pet. Additional pets are $50 per pet.
